About Jacob Stall

Jacob Stall obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario. After a couple of adventures working in the field of scientific research, Jacob moved on to law and obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto.

Jacob has worked exclusively in family law in his legal career, from when he first started with Kain & Ball as summer student following his second year of law school. He then completed his articles with Kain & Ball, and in 2015 was called to the Ontario bar. He has since represented clients in negotiating separation agreements and marriage contracts; throughout the court process including conferences, motions, and trials; and in mediations and arbitrations. He understands that one of a lawyer’s most integral roles is to be the voice of a client, so no matter where your family law issues take you, Jacob will advocate strenuously for what is truly important to you.

Jacob is familiar with and able to navigate the myriad of issues family law can present, and stresses open communication with clients to ensure that they are always aware and given the opportunity to make informed decisions about the steps being taken on their files. He is able to assist clients with any family law issues they may encounter, from the complex financial matters that can occur when dealing with property and support, to the difficult emotional issues that can arise when navigating child centered issues such as custody and access.
